Here’s a date to save for after the summer: 385 years of the UvA and a new academic year: two excellent reasons for a party! Come to the Atrium on Monday, 4 September, from 16:30, and Celebrate a new academic year at the UvA. Catch up with friends, sample the snacks and drinks and take a turn in the Silent Disco. All staff and students are also welcome to attend the official opening of the academic year!
This year’s Opening of the Academic Year will take place on Monday, 4 September, in the Aula. The theme is that of the UvA’s 385th anniversary celebrations: Inspiring generations.
The event will be in Dutch, but simultaneous translation into English will be available via headset.
