Meet the board members, from left to right:

ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR: My name is Chloé Collette, I am 20 years old and I study Technical Business Engineering. Last year I did an Erasmus semester in Nantes, France. This was an awesome experience and I can say that I have made a lot of friends for the rest of my life. After experiencing what it is like to be on Erasmus, I will do everything to make your journey as much fun as mine! This year I will be your Activities Coordinator in the ISN Amsterdam Board. I hope that you will enjoy the activities and events that I will organize with my committee, expect some great things. See you soon!

INTEGRATION COORDINATOR: My name is Lilia Hendrikse and I study European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. Last year I went to study a semester in Florence. I'm half Italian-half Dutch so I wanted to go back to my 'roots' in Italy. I had an amazing time, but it was difficult to interact with the local people. Since then I realized how difficult it can be to integrate in a new country. In my opinion the key to a successful exchange is to be able to interact with the locals and this is exactly my job for this year as the integration coordinator of ISN. I'm going to help you in anyway and any language possible so that when you go back to your home country you can actually say that you know DUTCH people. Of course integrating means also experiencing a lot of Dutch culture. I'm always in for any visit to one of the many museums in Amsterdam or for an amazing night out in one of the strange Dutch cafes, or just walk along the Amstel and the canals of Amsterdam. I can't wait to meet you all and I wish you an amazing exchange here in the most beautiful city of the Netherlands!

PR & FUNDING COORDINATOR: Hi and welcome to Amsterdam! My name is Etienne Buffing and I am about to graduate from a Business Study at the University of Applied Sciences in A'dam. I did my internship with Ajax in Cape Town and my Erasmus in Hamburg, these unique experiences made me the person I am today and I would love to facilitate the same to you as your PR & Funding Coordinator! It will be my goal to sync the coolest Corporate Sponsors with the ESN brand and I will do my best to throw lots of great events in my hometown to make you all feel like home. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

TREASURER: Hi, my name is Menouschka. I am 21 years old and a student at the University of Amsterdam. I study economics with a minot in computational science and this year I will be the treasurer of ISN. I've spend my semester abroad last year in Hong Kong and enjoyed every moment of my time there. I am really excited about this year and hope we are going to have a great time together!

PRESIDENT: My name is Denise Coenegracht. I only just got back from an awesome year abroad in Croatia's capital Zagreb, where I studied Philosophy and completed an internship. Words cannot describe what this experience has meant to me, and I hope - no, I am convinced - that you will feel the same way when leaving your new temporary home city Amsterdam. As the president of the ISN Amsterdam board I will certainly do everything in my power to contribute to that!

SECRETARY: My name is Annebelle van Lieshout (a 100% Dutch last name of course) and I am studying Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. I am excited to announce that I will be the new secretary this coming year! You will soon get to know me by all the newsletters and emails I will send. In the spring semester of 2015 I studied half a year in Lund, Sweden, which definitely was one of the best times of my life. It is so great to meet new people of different nationalities, see more of a strange country, study in a new environment and I obviously cannot forget to mention the parties. This is why I want to make your exchange one of the best times in your life too! Hope to meet you all soon in Amsterdam.

INTRODUCTION COORDINATOR: Hi there! My name is Dick van der Sluijs, I am 23 years old and I am doing a master in Econometrics. About one and a half years ago I went on an Erasmus exchange to Madrid, which was absolutely amazing! For this year I am going to try my best to make your exchange in Amsterdam as great as mine was. Hopefully you guys will get to know all the city has to offer! Together with Annick I am organizing the introduction week. During this week you will get to know many people and all the great spots, so make sure you will join all activities! Enjoy your Erasmus!

INTRODUCTION COORDINATOR: My name is Annick Besançon and I'm a 22-year old Economics student at the University of Amsterdam. Last semester I went on exchange myself and I had an AMAZING time! I did my exchange in Madrid and during my stay I got the chance to make friends from all over the world, immerse myself in the Spanish culture and visit the best places in Spain. Because of the introduction week and all the activities and trips that were organised for the internationals students I immediately felt at home. This year I will be one of the Introduction Coordinators of ISN Amsterdam and together with Dick I will do my absolute best to make you feel at home like I did or maybe even better than my stay in Madrid. I hope to meet you all soon at our events and at our weekly 'Borrels'!
